Seemly Beads only collects the details you choose to share when you contact us: your name, contact details and what you would like to order.

Your details are used solely to answer your enquiry and arrange your order. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Saved items in My Selection are stored only in your own browser. No account is required and we cannot see them until you send them to us.

This website is a catalogue. It does not process payments and does not create a binding sale.

Prices are shown in CAD and may change. An order is confirmed only when Seemly Beads management confirms availability and arrangements with you directly.

Because pieces are handmade, colours and bead patterns vary slightly from the photographs.

Delivery and local pickup in Montreal are arranged personally after your order is confirmed.

Any delivery cost is agreed with you in advance; it is not included in displayed product prices.

The exact pickup address is provided privately once a pickup has been confirmed.

If something arrives damaged or is not what was agreed, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right.

Custom-made pieces are created especially for you and are generally not returnable, unless there is a fault.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can arrange it together.
